God is the original YES MAN! He said YES, let there be light. He said YES when He breathed life into Adam. He said YES to a man named Noah and his little boat. He said YES when he gave Sarah a son. He said YES to a boy named Joseph and his multi-color coat. He said YES when he delivered the Israelites out of Egypt. He said YES to Deborah, a woman Judge. He said YES to the boy-king David, and his handful of rocks. He said YES to Jehoshaphat and his band of worshipper warriors. He said YES to Josiah and his reform. He said YES to Amos, Micah, Isaiah, Jeremiah and Daniel. He said YES to Esther, another Woman leader. He Said YES to Nehemiah about rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. He said yes to a Baptist named John and He said YES, He said YES to you and I when He sent his Son Jesus to save us. YES, God is the original YES MAN!
"But as God is faithful, our word to you was not Yes and No. For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me, Silvanus, and Timothy—was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us." 2 Corinthians 1:18-20 NKJV
For thirty five years, God has been saying yes over me; yes I am his son, yes I am his saved, yes I am his righteousness – God has said yes over my marriage, God has said yes over the birth of my children and GOD SAID YES TO A YOUNG FATHER’S REQUEST TO HEAL HIS DEAF SON – God says yes to Jeremy! YES JEREMY! But that devil loves to tell us that God said no … God is the original YES MAN, and every time we hear the devil began to question that (did God really say yes?) the answer is YES, GOD DID!
